• Shipping is offered within the continental United States only. All orders are process and shipped within 3-5 business days from when orders are placed.  We offer free shipping on all orders totaling $75.00 or more.  Used Coupon Code: FRSHIP75. 

•  Packages are shipped Monday - Friday.  No Weekend Shipping.

• All orders are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation.  Once orders are shipped, customers will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

•  Please contact our customer service department at  cs@bitznpiecesboutique.com within 15 days from the date your order if you haven't received your order.

• All returns/exchange must be requested within 7 days of receipt of product and requires a Return Authorization Number (RAN). 

• RAN can be obtained by contacting Bitz N Pieces Boutique at   cs@bitznpiecesboutique.com or via our website. 

• Authorized returns must be received within 10 days after the RAN is issued.  

• All items MUST be returned in the condition in which it was shipped and received. We accept return on items that are unopened and in its original condition, including original packaging and packaging slips.

• The following items are not returnable: Open/used make-up and beauty aids, sale items, under garments, and holiday items. 

• Refunds will be process within 72 hours after return of products.

• Refunds are issued in the same manner they were received. Payment by checks and money order will be refunded with a company check. Credit card payments will be refunded to your credit card.

• Shipping charges is non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Bitz N Pieces Boutique. Full refunds will be issued for defected items.

• Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

• NO refunds/exchanges on skincare or haircare items due to health reasons.
• We will charge a cancellation fee to orders with incorrect shipping charges made by customers. These charges will be charge in accordance with Paypal and Google guidelines. Please note that media shipping only applies to books, media, videos etc..

Restocking Fee:

• Any packages that are refused or undeliverable are automatically assessed a 35% restocking fee once package is received.
• All items that are return will be automatically be assessed a 20% restocking fee once package is received.

• We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter.

•  When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
